À LA RECHERCHE DE L’UNIVERSITÉ POPULAIRE: réflexions sur une possible rencontre positive entre recherche anthropologique, éducation populaire et agroécologie

À partir des questions soulevées par la recherche de le terrain menée avec le réseau multiethnique Teia dos Povos (Réseau des Peuples) et des expériences antérieures avec les peuples Kaiowá et Guarani, cet article discute, en dialogue avec l’expérience novatrice de l’Universidade Federal do Sul da Bahia, comment certaines demandes populaires de changement dans l’éducation peuvent nous conduire à la proposition d’Education populaire et comment elle exige des Universités une transformation qui incorpore ce champ de connaissances et de pratiques. Au niveau épistémologique, ce texte montre comment l’éducation populaire partage des problèmes avec l’anthropologie contemporaine en Amérique latine, en indiquant des solutions possibles aux à ses impasses qui, après tout, représentent des défis pour l’université elle-même. Ces défis ont déclenché des processus internes aux universités au cours des dernières décennies, qui sont actuellement intensifiés par une révolution épistémologique et ontologique en cours : l’agroécologie.
