THE MUNICIPAL ARCHIVE TO ACCOMPLISH THE FISCAL RESPONSIBILITY LAW (FRL)

Abstract

The present work arise from importance of investigate the contribution of municipal archive to accomplish the Fiscal Responsibility Law (FRL), in municipality of state Rio Grande do Sul. The FRL establishes roles with the objective in Fiscal'managent for the public finances, through prevention actions against risks and deflections which can to affect the balance of public bills, stand out the planning, control, transparency and the responsibilization as basic principles.The developed research is descritive of approach qualitative and quantitative. The study object this research were the municipality of Rio Grande do Sul, in which it were selected those ones with eletronic adress registered in the States public archive.The dies were collected through of a questinnaire that was sent by e-mail to target prefecture. Through research's results will be possible know the contribution's principal aspects of municipal archives to accomplish the Fiscal Responsibility Law, as well as, the reality that involve the municipal archives of Rio Grande do Sul and policies esteblished by this law.
