TRAVAIL, IDENTIFICATION ET RECONNAISSANCE: une réflexion et deux questions sur la méritocratie et la normativité

Cet article parle sur la relation parmi le travail et la reconnaissance en envisagent l’idée d‘Axel Honneth
sur lequel la méritocratie a un facteur normatif. Donc, on revise la bibliographie et des entretiens
semi-structuré. Dans la première part (I) on present une relation entre les bulout, l’identification et la reconnaissance avec la proposition d’une thesis sur la division du travail selon lequelle il y a une normativité propre à la méritocratie. Elle s’exprime
dans le travail socialement organisé, l’identification du métier avec la reproduction et la reconnaissance
social. En seconde (II), s’utilise de l’idée de la barbarisation à fin de construire un diagnostic de la division du travail. Deux entretiens exemplaires sur la relation entre le travail et la reconnaissance sont discutés en suit (III) a fin de proposer un modèle de
sociologie du travail focalisé dans le reconnaissance (IV). Enfin, cet article expose une réflexion théorique sur la forme que la méritocratie affect les relations parmi des trois catégories, le travail, l’identification et la reconnaissance.
