THE DRAMATIC USE OF TEACHING SI-STAFF IN THE PANDEMIC:
AN ERGOLOGICAL INVESTIGATION

The subject of this article is the Language and Work interface based on the theoretical conjectures of Ergology. The objective is to identify and analyze the dramatic consequences of the use of the body-self, constituted and invested knowledge, renormalizations and renormalizations faced by Literature teachers in basic education during remote teaching and when returning to face-to-face classes in 2021. Contemplate a qualitative approach through an exploratory and field applied research. A bibliographical survey and a Discursive Textual Analysis (DTA) of semi-structured interviews with three Languages teachers were carried out. As a result, it is evident that there is an intensification of teaching labor practices identified in the dramatic use of the self by oneself and by others, who have suffered work overload and mental and psychological exhaustion.
