A EAD nas licenciaturas UFSC/UAB: um estudo comunicação e das interações na disciplina de Introdução a Educação a Distância

Abstract

This article presents the results of a research that investigated the communication involving teachers, tutors and students from undergraduate courses of “Universidade Aberta do Brasil da UFSC”. The interviews with teachers showed that the aspects of interaction and interactivity are important in the innovation process that is part of the off-campus education; that forums with debates are the favorite tools among them while blogs and wikis, cooperative written activities, could be more frequently used due to their communicative potential. The conclusion suggests that there must be an increase in the use of the dialog, so that autonomous learning can occur, and that studies on pedagogical intervention could contribute to that, by providing a theoretical framework that contemplates the complexity of this sort of communication occurring through various kinds of languages from diverse resources.
