Abstract

The proposed theme starts from the connection between the deforestation of the Amazon forest and the change in the rainfall regime caused by the deterioration of flying rivers, following into the general objective, which is to interrelate the protection of both, once they are dependent between itself, with regard to its environmental balance. Secondly, searched in the Latin American Constitutionalism, instruments capable of protecting the environment and especially the Amazon forest, focusing on the Constitutions of Brazil and Peru. Finally, the hypothetical-deductive method was used, to conclude that the use of transconstitutionalism between different countries is necessary as a way to provide the exchange of experiences in the protection of the environment, which will reverberate in the preservation of the Amazon forest and flying rivers.
