Abstract

The goal of this article is to analyse the intersection between the conditions of migrants and transgender as expressions of the process of des/reconstruction of identities experienced by Brazilian women transgender and transvestites from the trans diaspora analysis category. The research was carried out between 2017 and 2020 and has based on the bibliographic review, theoretical foundation and in oral sources. The research allows us to understand that the “Trans Diaspora” is experienced by our interviewees from moving and multiple situations in their migratory trajectory almost always provisional, both in gender transit and in the migration.

Professor da Universidade Estadual do Mato Grosso - UNEMAT (atual) e Instituto Federal de Goiás - IFG (2021), nas áreas de Sociologia, Didática, Educação e Relações Étnico-raciais, Fundamentos da Educação, Projeto de Vida, Metodologia Científica e TCC. Doutor em Sociologia pela Universidade Federal de Sergipe (2020); Mestre pelo Programa Multidisciplinar de Pós-graduação em Cultura e Sociedade da Universidade Federal do Estado da Bahia - UFBA (2013); e possui Graduação em Ciências Econômicas pela Faculdade Católica de Ciências Econômicas da Bahia FACCEBA (2008) e Graduação em Sociologia pela Uniasselvi (2020); é membro do Grupo de Pesquisa "Processos Identitários e Poder" - GEPPIP. Atuou como Representante Territorial de Cultura, no Território do Sisal e Região Metropolitana de Salvador através da Secretaria de Cultura do Estado da Bahia-Secult (2008/2011); Foi Produtor Executivo da empresa Expo Eventos (2011/2013); Foi Coordenador da Diretoria de Territorialização da Cultura na Secult/BA, responsável pelos Sistemas de Cultura e Produção dos Eventos de Formação voltados à gestão pública (2013/2015); atuou como Consultor na construção e execução das política participativa para implementação dos Planos Municipais de Saneamento Básico em quatro municípios do sertão da Bahia (2018/2020). Atuou como professor horista no curso de Mestrado em Gerência e Administração de Políticas Culturais e Educacionais (turmas de Paulo Afonso), do Instituto de Educação Superior Kire?y Sãso ? IESKS. Tem experiência com os seguintes temas: Cultura; Didática; Metodologia Científica; Sociologia; Processos Migratórios; Identidades de Gênero; Sexualidades.
