Information Management in Public Universities: a prospective study of technologies protected by patents and computer programregistrations

Abstract

The management of academic information on teaching professional experience is inherent to Higher Education Institutions and encourages the innovation of technologies that facilitate management processes through software development that favor the construction of new systematized databases. In this context, it is intended to analyze the technologies protected and used in the management of this type of information through the prospection of Technologies; identifying your data sources; to enable the creation of a software within the scope of the University. Therefore, a prospective research was carried out on records of public computer programs and software in Brazil, international patents, and bibliographies. In possession of the analyzed results, no existing technologies were identified that meet the direct goal of the study, which makes it possible to propose the construction of a more reliable, less vulnerable systematized dataset that favors the technology transfer process.

Gilvandro Noronha Machado, Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará, Marabá, PA, Brazil

Master's student in the professional network master's course in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation at the Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará. Specialist with an MBA in Human Resources Management from Faculdade de Tecnologia Internacional-PR (2010), graduated in Full Degree in Physical Education from Universidade do Estado do Pará (2005). Administrative Technician in Education at the Federal University of Pará, he works in the Personnel Administration Directorate of the Pro-Rectory of Personnel Development and Management at the Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará, as responsible for the business area of ​​the people management module. , exchange of tools, customization of systems, and decentralization of the database referring to the internal management systems; responsible for managing the implementation of the various modules of personnel systems of use Civil Personnel System of the Federal Public Administration within the scope of Unifesspa; in addition to the development of specific and operational activities in the area of ​​personnel administration.

Claudio Henrique Cerqueira Costa Basquerotto, Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará, Marabá, PA, Brazil

Has a degree in Biofuels Technology (2010) from FATEC/Araçatuba and in Computer Engineering (2012) from Unisalesiano de Araçatuba, Master's (2014) and Doctorate (2018) in Mechanical Engineering from UNESP/Ilha Solteira in the area of ​​​​Mechanics of solids. During his doctorate, he was a CAPES PDSE fellow in a research internship carried out from 05/2017 to 11/2017 at the University of Minnesota at the School of Mathematics (Minneapolis, United States). He is currently Professor of the Higher Education of the theme "Dynamics of Machines and Structures" at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering (Femec) of the Institute of Geosciences and Engineering (IGE) of the Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará - UNIFESSPA and Coordinator of the Postgraduate Diploma in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation - PROFNIT, Unifesspa focal point. He has worked on the analysis and modeling of dynamic systems with non-holonomic linkage, on the analysis of methods for processing, identification and analysis of signals and systems with a focus on structural health monitoring (SHM) and applied mechanics, coordinating a research project with funding from CNPq . He has also been involved in the training of human resources for R&D.

Leandro de Oliveira Ferreira, Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará, Marabá, PA, Brazil

Doctor in Administration from UNIMEP (2015), Master in Administration from Universidade Paulista (2006), Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Educacional de Barretos (1999). Graduated in Law (2021). Lawyer OAB/PA 33,429. He is currently a professor of the PROFNIT master's program and of the Law course at the Institute of Studies in Law and Society at the Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará. He was a professor at the Institute of Applied Social Sciences. He was Pro-Rector of Administration and Infrastructure at the Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará. He was Director of the Institute of Applied Social Sciences at the Federal University of the South and Southeast of Pará. He was professor and coordinator of the Administration course at FAIMI. He was a professor of People Management at the State University of Minas Gerais (UEMG). He was coordinator of the undergraduate course in Administration, Accounting Sciences and of the MBA's programs in People Management, Financial Management, Auditing and Controlling, Competitive Business Management at Faculdade Barretos. With experience in the area of ​​family business, family succession, people management, knowledge management, public management, business, tax, economic, financial, medical and intellectual property law.
