Proposal for an Analysis Model of Technological Innovation Projects Selected by the IFCE Innovation Pole

Abstract

The present work brings a brief history of the structure and initial planning of the EMBRAPII Innovation Pole IFCE, as well as the analysis of several indicators and the generation of a report of indicators of the PEIFCE innovation projects in 2017. The methodology used for the analysis of the indicators and the report of indicators of the innovation projects developed by PEIFCE in the year 2017 were based on the study of the data and information found in the action plan and plans of work of the innovation projects of PEIFCE, respecting in any case the terms confidentiality of innovation projects. Therefore, in order to increase the interaction between the actors: government, industry and university, the present work consolidated the quantitative and qualitative data in the accomplishment of the indicators and the report of indicators of the signed innovation projects of the PEIFCE of 2017.

Author Biographies

Lucas Queiroz Wagner, Instituto Federal do Ceará

Administrator CRA-CE, graduated from the Federal University of Ceará (UFC) 2008-2012. He was a Business Guidance Agent (AOE) focused on entrepreneurship by SEBRAE. Two exchanges to Austria and Germany, one in 2008 and another in 2013 to improve the German language. Specialist in Strategic Administration (Innovation) with emphasis on project management at Estácio de Sá (RJ) 2014-2015. Public Servant in the Position of Administrator, higher level (E), at the Federal Institute of Ceará (IFCE) for more than four years. He has experience in prospecting and capturing projects, negotiating projects, which concerns the process of discussing the content of the partnership. He was Manager of Implementation of Business Incubators at IFCE, known as Ordinance, which helped in the elaboration of the Internal Regulations and Public Notice for Incubation, as well as in the implementation and launch of the Notice for Business Incubation focused on the area of ​​Innovation in several Campuses of the IFCE. He is currently a Master's student in the Postgraduate Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation and a Postgraduate in INNOVATION MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (IMP) recognized in Germany and the European System. He works daily in Innovation Projects aimed at Industry 4.0 at the Embrapii IFCE Innovation Hub with the Role of Prospecting Coordinator and works in many technological development projects aimed at the productive sector in partnership with Companies, always respecting the Confidentiality Term of the proposals of job. It has a high degree of institutional engagement, with ordinances, projects, and functions developed throughout the public service. He has experience as a Project Manager, articulating the team in projects with a support foundation.

Antônio Wendell de Oliveira Rodrigues, Instituto Federal do Ceará

PhD from the University of Lille 1 - France with thesis theme related to High Performance Computing using GPUs with MDE approaches. He has a post-doctoral internship in Innovation Management at Lambton College, Canada. He worked as a full-time researcher at INRIA (Institut National de Recherche en Informatique et Automatique) and partially at the University of Hertfordshire, UK. Master in Computing with dissertation in the area of ​​teaching computer networks. Graduated in Electrical Engineering with emphasis in Informatics from the Federal University of Ceará (1998). He is an effective professor at the Federal Institute of Technology of Ceará in telematics, computer engineering and telecommunications courses. Has experience in Computer Science, with emphasis on Hardware, working mainly on the following topics: software engineering, high-performance computing and network security.
