Researcher in Industrial Property at INPI since 2006, he is currently Coordinator of the Academy of Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development at INPI. He acted as coordinator of the Professional Master's and Doctoral Program at INPI and head of the Postgraduate and Research Division at INPI. He holds a degree in Chemical Engineering, a Master's and a PhD in Science in Chemical Engineering from COPPE/UFRJ. Has Industrial Property Training by the European and Japanese Patent Offices. He is Editor of the Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development section, Reviewer and Editor-in-Chief of Cadernos de Prospecção. Coordinates the Technological Prospecting Discipline of the Professional Master's in National Network in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation. He teaches courses on Introduction to Patents and Technological Prospecting in the Professional Master's and Doctoral programs in Intellectual Property, Innovation and Development at INPI. He has experience and is involved with teaching and research activities in the areas of Industrial Property, Technological Information, Theory of Inventive Problem Solving (TRIZ), Systematic Innovation and Technological Prospecting.
