A Study on Technological Portfolios for Ttue: literature review

Abstract

The present research sought, from a literature review, to address the nuances of the transfer of technology between Academia and Company, bypassing the importance of the implementation of technological portfolios. Bringing an analysis about the role of the current university in its work as an Entrepreneurial University generating knowledge capitalization, being necessary to transfer the knowledge generated to society and fulfill, above all, its social function. For this purpose, results retrieved from the Web of Science and Scopus databases were analyzed from 2010 to 2018, where 666 and 198 texts were retrieved, respectively, considering three strings formed. The results of the research explain the need to expand the studies about University-Company Technology Transfer (TTUE) and especially of models that signal the best practices for the implementation of technological portfolios considered as an important tool to promote Technology Transfer (TT).

She holds a degree in Business Administration from Faculdade Figueiredo Costa (2011). She has a postgraduate degree in Human Resources Administration, also from FIC, and a postgraduate degree in Public Management from the Federal University of Alagoas. Master's student in Intellectual Property, Technology Transfer for Innovation - PROFNIT/UFAL. She is currently an administrator at Companhia de Saneamento de Alagoas, performing the role of Business Quality Manager. He has experience in the area of ​​Administration, with emphasis on Human Resources, Public Management, Organizational Development, Organizational Planning and Quality Management.

Joyce Carolina Lins Guilhermat, Federal University of Alagoas, Maceio, AL, Brazil

Graduated in Law - Bachelor's Degree (2007), specialist in Education in Human Rights and Diversity (2013) from the Federal University of Alagoas and Master's student in the Professional Master's Degree in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation - PROFNIT/UFAL. Assistant in administration at the Federal University of Alagoas since 2006, currently working as a legal advisor at the Federal Attorney's Office at the Federal University of Alagoas since 2013. Acted as a conciliator in the Federal Court of Alagoas. She also worked as auctioneer and director of the Administrative Division of the UFAL Central Library, especially coordinating the acquisition/contracting processes of the UFAL Library System. He has experience in the area of ​​Administrative Law, focusing on bids and contracts.

I have experience in the field of Education, with an emphasis on Education and school management.

Eliana Silva de Almeida, Federal University of Alagoas, Maceio, AL, Brazil

Associated with the Brazilian Computer Society (SBC), she holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Federal University of Alagoas (1986), a Master's degree in Systems and Computer Engineering from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1991) and a PhD in Informatics from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (1998). She is currently an associate professor at the Institute of Computing (IC/UFAL) of the Federal University of Alagoas, researcher at the Laboratory of Scientific Computing and Numerical Analysis, at the Research Center in Computational Mathematics (LaCCAN/CPMAT/UFAL) and Coordinator of Innovation and Entrepreneurship from UFAL. He works in the field of Computer Science, with an interest in statistical analysis and information theory applied to image processing and analysis. It also works in the study of formal methods and techniques, focusing on formal specification of scientific software and analysis of software numerical accuracy.
