Moléculas Bioativas de Fungos, Aplicações e Propriedades: uma prospecção tecnológica

Esta prospecção tecnológica teve como objetivos: (i) mapear o depósito de patentes sobre moléculas bioativas de fungos; (ii) apontar as possibilidades industriais de aplicação dos cogumelos, leveduras e fungos filamentosos; (iii) analisar os métodos e técnicas descritos nas patentes para obtenção de moléculas bioativas; e (iv) apontar as propriedades biológicas de moléculas produzidas por fungos. A prospecção tecnológica das moléculas bioativas de fungos foi realizada na base de dados Orbit Intelligence, por meio de duas estratégias de buscas. Foram utilizadas as palavras em inglês “Bioactive” e “molecules” associadas as classificações de patentes “C12R-2001/645” (Busca 1) e “A61K-036/06” (Busca 2). Foram identificados 113 depósitos de patentes referentes ao tema, dos quais foram selecionados 23 documentos para análise. Foi constatado que substâncias bioativas de fungos apresentam propriedades antitumorais, anti-inflamatórias, antivirais, biofumigantes, antifúngicas e antioxidantes, podendo ser empregadas na indústria cosmética, farmacêutica, alimentícia e agroquímica.
