APONTAMENTOS SOBRE HISTÓRIA, DOCUMENTO E FICÇÃO EM "O ESPÍRITO DOS MEUS PAIS CONTINUA A SUBIR NA CHUVA", DE PATRICIO PRON
Abstract
This article presents an analysis of O espírito dos meus pais continua a subir na chuva, a novel by Patricio Pron based on the notion of document and its appropriation for the construction of a fictional narrative.
The novel uses documents and archives in a narrative about the present in dialogue with the past. Born in 1975, Pron is the son of political activists and lived through the most recent Military Dictatorship in Argentina (1976/83) during his childhood.
