Abstract

A new concept on image and sound editing arises in the art and cultural scenario in late 20th and early 21th century: live editing. New issues were introduced to traditional audiovisual editing, especially related to the idea of cinema editing. This article aims to reflect this new experience in the arts and communication field in its relation to hazard, body and mind. What interest us is how the body, in a performatic space, is the instance that stimulates thought.
