Article est une prise de position (position paper) sur l’importance de respecter la diversité culturelle et linguistique dans la conception des SOC. Ce respect constitue l’un des principes d’éthiques dans l’organisation des connaissances et considéré comme un des fondements des Droits de L’homme (Déclaration universelle des droits de l’homme). Il reposera sur une brève revue de la littérature sur l’éthique dans l’organisation des connaissances (OC), le relativisme linguistique ainsi que sur les approches culturelles de l’organisation des connaissances (Guimarães, 2000 ; 2015) ; Favier et Mustafa El Hadi (2013) ; Mustafa El Hadi 2015) . entre autres, et de l’accès à l’information dans un monde de plus en plus globalisé.
