AULAS PREPARATÓRIAS PARA O CELPE-BRAS: UMA ABORDAGEM INTERCULTURAL

Resumo

RESUMO: O seguinte relato de experiência visa analisar, a partir da experiência profissional como professora de PFOL, o perfil dos alunos que se preparam para o exame de proficiência Celpe-Bras – no caso relatado, em sua totalidade, falantes de espanhol na cidade de São Paulo – tendo como ponto de partida o início da preparação e as maiores dificuldades apresentadas, pois são alunos que geralmente iniciam as aulas para se preparem exclusivamente para o exame. Além do perfil, veremos também os resultados que eles apresentam em sala de aula, familiarizando-se aos poucos com a escrita em português- essa muitas vezes negligenciada ou subutilizada no cotidiano deles-, assim como a progressão no entendimento do português falado em áudios e vídeos utilizados no exame. Para tanto, faz-se necessário trazer à luz o caráter nacional do Celpe-Bras, que apresenta somente a variante do português brasileiro. Desta forma, cabe ressaltar como o estudo da cultura é feito por meio da simulação de exames já aplicados em edições anteriores e também das conversações sobre a realidade que o estudante encontra ao chegar ao Brasil.

ABSTRACT: This experience report aims to analyze, from the professional experience as a teacher of PFOL, the profile of the students who prepare for the Celpe-Bras proficiency exam - in the case reported, in its totality, Spanish speakers in the city of São Paulo - starting from the beginning of the preparation and the greatest difficulties presented, since they are students who usually start classes to prepare themselves exclusively for the exam. In addition to the profile, we will also see the results they present in the classroom, gradually familiarizing themselves with Portuguese writing - this is often neglected or underutilized in their daily lives - as well as the progression in the understanding of Portuguese spoken in audios and videos used in the exam. To do so, it is necessary to bring to light the national character of Celpe-Bras, which presents only the Brazilian Portuguese variant. In this way, it is important to emphasize how the study of culture is done through the simulation of exams already applied in previous editions and also of the conversations about the reality that the student finds upon arriving in Brazil.
