ESTRATÉGIAS INDIVIDUAIS E ORGANIZACIONAIS PARA O GERENCIAMENTO DE CONFLITOS NA SAÚDE: REVISÃO DE ESCOPO

Objetivo: Caracterizar las estrategias individuales y organizacionales utilizadas para gestionar los conflictos existentes en el equipo de salud. Método: Este es un estudio de revisión de alcance. La búsqueda de evidencia se realizó de febrero a mayo de 2023 en bases de datos BDENF, CINAHL, LILACS, MEDLINE vía PubMed y Scopus. Resultados: La muestra final estuvo compuesta por 28 artículos, presentados en dos categorías 1) Estrategias Individuales y 2) Estrategias Organizacionales. Como estrategias individuales se destacan: desarrollo de habilidades comunicativas, empatía, autoconocimiento, inteligencia emocional, respeto; y estrategias organizacionales, la necesidad de implementar estrategias preventivas y gestión proactiva de conflictos, incluyendo capacitación y desarrollo de capacidades. Conclusión: Los conflictos son inevitables en entornos complejos como el sanitario, donde confluyen diferentes perspectivas, intereses y expectativas. Por ello, es fundamental adoptar medidas proactivas para identificar, mitigar y resolver los conflictos de forma constructiva en el ámbito de la salud.
