Marfan syndrome (MS) is one of the most important causes of primary tall stature. Due to its rarity, this paper reports two brothers with this syndrome, describing its cardinal clinical manifestations, current diagnostic criteria, main differentials diagnosis, and the importance of a precocious diagnostic and multidisciplinary follow-up as essential factors to minimize morbimortality and improve the quality of life of these patients.Downloads
