Identificação ROR

To the authors of the Scientific Journal Cadernos de Geociências at UFBA.

Our journal now has the identification ROR (Research Organization Registry)

This is an identifier created in 2019, through a global project between Crossref, DataCite and Digital Science and means “Registry of Research Organizations”.

It is a persistent, open, exclusive digital identifier for all research organizations, it generates a unique identity for universities and other research and development institutions, eliminating the ambiguity of institutional affiliations, facilitating the retrieval and tracking of research results by affiliation, avoiding errors in DOI activation and interoperability between the Lattes and ORCID platforms.

It is part of the editorial effort to achieve a more important classification in the Qualis Capes criteria.
