Elementos para uma teoria da justiça de transição

Abstract

This paper aims to identify the elements necessary to construct a general theory of transitional justice. For this purpose, initially, will be discussed the context of the emergence of transitional justice, as well as its three stages of development, examining, then the conceptual contours and their characteristic elements. Finally, an analysis of the Brazilian political transition, correlating with classification, duration, shapes, and pillars of the general theory of transitional justice will be done.
