A CONSTRUÇÃO DE UMA FAMÍLIA ATRAVÉS DO AFETO

This article aims to discuss a relevant topic within Family Law, that is, adoption of children by homosexual couples, since it is a topic social relevance today. This work has the scope of bibliographic research, through narrative review, carried out in books, articles and in the Federal Constitution and status of children and adolescentes (ECA) with a qualitative approach regarding the new constituted families, legal possibility of the referred adoption, prejudice suffered by these couples and consequently the bureaucracy that this procedure has, possible annotation in the birth registry. Thus, showing that like any other couple, regardless of sexual orientation, homosexual couples have the right to form a family.
