Este estudo apresenta uma reflexão sobre como as relações de trabalho produzem hierarquias e opressões e como as categorias gênero, raça e classe influenciam na dinâmica das desigualdades sociais. Para tanto, o objetivo geral é aproximar as discussões da teoria da interseccionalidade (CRENSHAW, 2002; COLLINS; BILGE, 2020) e o conceito de dignidade humana (FLORES, 2009) a fim de compreender quais são os impactos da intersecção daquelas categorias sociais no direito ao trabalho. Como procedimentos metodológicos, destacam-se a pesquisa qualitativa bibliográfica e documental.
