Abstract

The objective of this study was to analyze not only the innovative character of BR 10 2012 012197-2 A2, but also to evaluate other possible industrial applications of the technology, which may arise of the licensing type employed and economic exploitation. Its wide applicability is due to the detection of percentages of metanol and formaldehyde (aldehyde) in carbonated beverages (beers, energy and distillates), cleaning products (fabric softeners, detergents and disinfectants); as well as cosmetics (hair straighteners, shampoos and conditioners) and motor fuels (alcohol, gasoline and biodiesel). For the analysis of the datas by patents technological prospecting, were used the patent search tools of Thomsom Reuters and LexisNexis. Under protection of the Technological Readiness Level (TRL), as an important aspect for the transfer of technology, a SWAT matrix of its strengths and weaknesses had drawn to assist the commercialization evaluation of the technology in question.

Graduated in International Relations from the University of Brasília (2011). He is currently an advisor - SEDESTMIDH - SECRETARY OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND LABOR. He has experience in the field of Political Science, with an emphasis on Public Policy. Graduated in Law at Uniceub and has a specialization in Strategic Business Management. Knowledge in project management; marketing; international trade and intellectual property. He also works as an Industrial Development Analyst in the Innovation and Technology area of ​​SENAI Nacional.

Agnaldo de Almeida Dantas, University of Brasilia, Brasilia, DF, Brazil

Graduated in Electronic Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Aeronáutica (1991). Postgraduate in Business Strategy and Financial Management from FGV. Master's student in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer at UnB. He has professional experience in the area of ​​Administration, with an emphasis on Business Administration. He has worked as a university professor in the disciplines of Marketing, Consumer Behavior, Strategic Planning, Financial Administration, Mathematics, Statistics, Management Information Systems and Entrepreneurship. He is currently a technical analyst at the Innovation and Technology Access Unit at Sebrae Nacional.

Mirelle dos Santos Fachin, University of Brasilia, Brasilia, DF, Brazil

Postgraduate student in Project Management (2016). He holds a degree in Accounting from the Anhanguera-Uniderp University (2013) and a degree in Tourism from the Federal University of Mato Grosso do Sul (2011). Since 2014, he has been working as an Industrial Development Analyst at the Innovation Directorate of the National Confederation of Industry.

Grace Ferreira Ghesti, University of Brasilia, Brasilia, DF, Brazil

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemistry from the University of Brasília (2004), a Master's degree in Chemistry from the University of Brasília (2006) and a PhD in Chemistry from the same institution (2009). He holds a professional master's degree in Certified Brewmaster Course Versuchs- und Lehranstalt für Brauerei in Berlin, VLB, Germany (2008). He has a specialization course in Beer Sommelier by Science of Beer. She is currently Associate Professor I at the Institute of Chemistry, Darcy Ribeiro campus of the University of Brasília. Responsible for the Technological Protection Area of ​​the Technological Development Center of the University of Brasília (CDT/UnB). Adjunct Coordinator of the Postgraduate Program in Intellectual Property and Technology Transfer for Innovation - PROFNIT - University of Brasília. Leader of the research group on Brewing Bioprocesses and Catalysis applied to Renewable Energies - LaBCCERVA/IQ/UnB. Minority partner of the company CIPCs (consulting in brewing processes) which was selected by the pre-incubation notice of the Multincubadora program at UnB. His research and professional activities consist of the development of various technologies (biomass and food conversion, with emphasis on beer and malt) for the production of bioenergy and beer/malt.
