SOBRE ALICES, IVONES E MARIAS: MULHERES VÍTIMAS DE FEMINICÍDIO NO BRASIL

The data on domestic violence against women, adolescents and girls is extremely serious. This article analyzes data related to feminicide, coming from three different databases: the Atlas of Violence, Ligue 180 and the Women's Dossier. The objective is to highlight multiple dimensions of feminicide, problematize the invisibility of post separation violence and contribute to the structuring of public policies. In this perspective, domestic violence constitutes one of the expressions of gender violence, which must be considered in its dimensions of class, gender and race/ethnicity. The need to qualify the data was identified, disaggregated by the relation with the victims, and the low integration between existing systems and the lack of understanding that separation does not end violence, as well.
