CONSULTA DE ENFERMAGEM NA ATENÇÃO PRIMÁRIA: DO INÍCIO DA PRÁXIS AO COTIDIANO

Abstract

Objetivo: compreender o significado da consulta de enfermagem a partir da graduação à prática profissional. Método: estudo qualitativo ancorado na Teoria Fundamentada nos Dados, com amostra de 14 enfermeiros atuantes da Estratégia Saúde da Família, os quais foram entrevistados por técnica aberta não diretiva entre os anos de 2017 a 2018 e aprovado pelo comitê de ética. Para discussão dos dados foram utilizadas três codificações, sendo elas aberta, axial e seletiva, as quais originaram fenômenos, temas, categorias e subcategorias organizadas com base no paradigma de Strauss e Corbin. Resultados: a análise dos dados possibilitou identificação do fenômeno denominado “Do início da práxis ao cotidiano da CE” e dos temas “A Consulta de enfermagem organizando o processo de trabalho do enfermeiro” e “A apresentação da consulta de enfermagem para o enfermeiro”. Considerações finais: a consulta de enfermagem é considerada atividade mais importante da práxis do enfermeiro.Por meio dela pode-se identificar o aperfeiçoamento, o reconhecimento e a valorização profissional.

Stella Godoy Silva e Lima, Universidade Estadual Paulista, Botucatu, SP, Brasil

Nurse graduated from Faculdade Sudoeste Paulista in 2012. Master in Nursing from the Graduate Program in Nursing - FMB - UNESP (2015-2017). PhD in Nursing from the Academic Master's and Doctoral Nursing program (2017-2021). Currently Nurse at the Hospital das Clínicas of the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu working at the Hospital Epidemiology Nucleus (NHE), Reference Center for Special Immunobiologicals (CRIE).

Carmen Maria Casquel Monti Juliani, Universidade Estadual Paulista, Botucatu, SP, Brasil

Degree in Nursing (1987) from the University of São Paulo-EERPUSP. Master's (1996), Doctorate (2003) and Free Teaching (2014), all at the University of São Paulo-EEUSP. Professor at the Universidade Estadual Paulista Júlio de Mesquita Filho (UNESP), Department of Nursing at the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu/SP since 1992, working in undergraduate and graduate courses (Nursing and Collective Health Programs). Experience in Nursing, with emphasis on Management of Health Services and Nursing and Informatics in Nursing. Coordinated Specialization Courses in Pedagogical Training (PROFAE) and in Health Management (UNESP-CAPES UAB). He was Head of the Nursing Department (2009-2013). He was a member of the Technical Chamber of COREN / SP (2012). He was a member of the Graduate Council of the Professional Master's in Nursing (2006-2016). He was a member of the Graduate Nursing (academic program) and Collective Health Boards. Represented the trainer at the Nucleus of Permanent Education and Humanization of Pólo Cuesta (DRS VI). Founding member of NEAD-Tis and the Collective Health Research Unit (UPESC), both at FMB. Conducted a technical visit at the Faculty of Health, York University, Toronto, Canada (2013). Postdoctoral at the School of Nursing, The University of British Columbia, Vancouver, Canada (2015-2016). She received the title of Professor Emerita at the Faculty of Medicine of Botucatu / Unesp (2021).

Regina Stella Spagnuolo, Universidade Estadual Paulista, Botucatu, SP, Brasil

Graduated in Nursing and Midwifery from the Universidade do Oeste Paulista (1982), Master's Degree in Public Health from the Faculty of Medicine - UNESP - Campus de Botucatu (2006) and PhD in Public Health from the Faculty of Medicine - UNESP - Campus de Botucatu (2010) . Retired Assistant Professor at the Department of Nursing at Universidade Estadual Paulista - UNESP. She was a professor at the Stricto Sensu Graduate Program in Collective Health-UNESP and PPG in Nursing-UNESP. She has experience in the area of Health Management and Nursing, with an emphasis on Collective Health, working mainly on the following topics: Qualitative Research, Nonlinear Dynamics, Chaos and Complexity Theories, Family Health Strategy and Collaborative Practices in Health. Currently, she has dedicated herself to distance learning tutoring in health courses in various digital modalities.
