Abstract

Objective: to analyze the perception of the multidisciplinary team about the systematization of nursing care in primary health care. Method: descriptive study, with a qualitative approach, based on a single case study. The scenario consisted of a basic health unit, where 14 employees of the multidisciplinary team participated. Data collection was performed through semi-structured interviews, using digital recorders, following inductive data analysis. The study was approved under protocol CAAE: 40660720.2.0000.5116. Results: two empirical categories were extracted, referring to the team's knowledge regarding the duties of nurses in primary care, as well as the facilities and difficulties faced by nurses in their daily work in the implementation of the systematization of nursing care. Final considerations: the systematization of nursing care is still incipient for the multidisciplinary team, making the application of this tool impracticable for the nurse.
