“NÃO NOS LIBERTE, NÓS CUIDAMOS DISSO”: AS MUÇULMANAS E A CONSTRUÇÃO DOS SEUS DIREITOS NO CONTEXTO EUROPEU
Resumen
Este artigo tem o intuito de apresentar o levantamento teórico realizado durante a produção da minha dissertação[1] de mestrado sobre como as mulheres muçulmanas participam e percebem a construção dos seus direitos no contexto ocidental europeu. Dessa forma, vou apresentar (1) a relação da religião com o estado, abordando a história da secularização, enfatizando principalmente os processos diferentes que cada país atravessou para separar o religioso do político e (2) como ocorre a acomodação dos direitos dos religiosos (muçulmanos) num continente secular/cristão como a Europa, dando ênfase maior as políticas que foram por eles desenvolvidas. Do ponto de vista das fontes utilizadas, este trabalho apoiou-se na revisão bibliográfica dos principais teóricos da Ciência Política, Sociologia e Religião como ferramenta-chave para a construção do mapeamento histórico da relação entre religião e estado, especialmente com foco nos muçulmanos e a acomodação dos seus direitos.
