Adenomatoid odontogenic tumor is a relatively uncommon lesion which mainly affects women during the second decade of life. It is more commonly asymptomatic and slow-growing and progressive, is further characterized this lesion to be benign and low recurrences. This paper aims to present a literature review which will be illustrated by a case of adenomatoid odontogenic tumor, and this is located in the anterior maxilla.
