Uma Análise Bibliométrica da Relação entre Ética e Espiritualidade/Religiosidade nas Organizações

A relação entre ética e espiritualidade/religiosidade nas organizações tem crescido em interesse nas últimas décadas. De modo a compreender melhor tal relação, apresenta-se os resultados de uma pesquisa cujos objetivos foram identificar os artigos, publicações e autores mais influentes no tema, assim como conhecer a evolução do campo científico e as principais perspectivas de análise. O método utilizado foi a pesquisa bibliométrica de artigos publicados em revistas científicas que abordam a temática entre os anos de 2005 a 2015, em três importantes bases internacionais: EBSCO Host, Scopus e Web of Science. Os dados foram analisados de forma exploratória e com estatística descritiva. De acordo com os achados da amostra de 28 artigos, não foi encontrado concentração de autores nas publicações, a revista científica que mais se destaca é o Journal of Business Ethics, e os tópicos centrais presentes nas publicações podem ser categorizados da seguinte forma: 1) espiritualidade/religiosidade e ética nas organizações 2) responsabilidade corporativa, 3) religião, cultura e ética nas organizações, 4) investimentos responsáveis, 5) espiritualidade e liderança e 6) espiritualidade no ambiente de trabalho. As abordagens dos estudos foram predominantemente quantitativas (64,29%), seguidos das qualitativas (28,57%) e mistas (7,14%). Em relação às amostras, tem-se grande variedade em tamanho – de 149 até 17.243 – e maior uniformidade em relação à natureza, com predominância de pesquisas com estudantes de ciências sociais aplicadas e/ou gestores.
