Abstract

A multiple squamous cell carcinoma in a thirteen old white Boxer dog is described, including clinical and pathologic findings. There was chronic demodicosis and the dog was daily exposed to sunlight which was possibly involved to the initiation of the cutaneous neoplasia. At necropsy, it was observed in the lung a neoplasic foci and two neoplasias, in the pancreas and mammary glands. The histopathology of the skin tumors and metastatic tumors in the lung showed differentiated squamous cells carcinoma. Finally, the histopathology of the pancreas and mammary glands revealed exocrine adenoma pancreatic and acinar adenoma, respectively.
