Participação social e espaços culturais intermediário nas políticas culturais contemporâneas
um breve olhar para França e Brasil

O presente artigo pretende apresentar reflexões construídas através de uma colaboração entre pesquisadores que atuam na França e no Brasil e que realizam pesquisas sobre espaços culturais intermediários. Como ponto de partida, compreendem-se os espaços culturais intermediários como resultados de uma lógica contemporânea de organização do trabalho cultural e criativo que dinamiza novos processos de participação social e novas relações de proximidade ancoradas nos territórios. O texto apresenta duas políticas públicas: o Programa Cultura Viva e o Programa Nouveaux lieux, nouveaux liens, lançados pelos: Ministério da Cultura do Brasil e o Ministério da Coesão Territorial da França. Essa análise pretende contribuir com as discussões referentes ao reconhecimento público dos processos participativos presentes em espaços intermediários e identificar como os paradigmas de políticas culturais, multifuncionais, intergovernamentais, nacionais e locais se estabeleceram nos contextos brasileiro e francês.
