Cet article abord les mutations dans le champ de la culture, de l’information et de la communication et le changement de la topographie des lieux où se négocie leur statut par rapport à leur propriétarisation ou patrimonialisation privée croissante. Unesco, Organisation mondiale du commerce (OMC), Union internationale des télécommunications (UIT), Organisation mondiale de la propriété intellectuelle (OMPI), toutes ces instances ont à voir avec cet agenda. MOTS-CLÉ: Topographie ; Culture ; Information ; Communication Este artigo aborda as mutações nos campos da cultura, da informação e da comunicação e as mudanças da topografia dos lugares onde se negocia seu estatuto diante de sua crescente privatização ou patrimonialização privada. Unesco, Organização Mundial do Comércio (OMC), União internacional de telecomunicações (UIT), Organização mundial da propriedade intelectual (OMPI), todas estas instâncias têm a ver com essa agenda.
