A coexistência de pluralidade de usos, de interesses e de atividades se torna possível por negociações recorrentes, que objetivam a construção de acordos ou consentimentos forçados. Os indivíduos que a ela acedem, visando se integrar criativamente a um modo de vida e/ou um conjunto de atividades produtivas, devem se inserir numa rede de comunicação, de troca de informação, de apoio e de aliança de interesses. O artigo analisa a rede de formação complexa que tangencia os representantes das múltiplas ordens que investem na gestão do espaço público e os reconhecidos moradores de rua e os trabalhadores de rua.<br /> <br /> PALAVRAS-CHAVE: Espaços coletivos, reterritorialização, fronteira em movimento, população de rua, ordens sociais e negociações.<br /> <br /> <span style="font-weight: bold;">THE MISERABLE ONES AND THE PUBLIC SPACES OCCUPATION</span><br /><br /> <br /> When conceived as a public space, the street is organized in terms of institutions and hierarchical systems that define and legitimize the roles being developed and recognized on it. The coexistence of the plurality of uses, interests and activities is made possible by recurring negotiations, whose objective is the construction of agreements or forced consents. The individuals that recur to it, trying to integrate themselves creatively to a way of life and/or to a set of productive activities must be inserted in a system of communications, exchange of information, support and alliance of interests.
